Throughout her career, Lucy has always been drawn to person-centred roles. At college, she gained a BTEC in public services and started her working life in hospitality before she moved on to office-based roles in the HR and insurance sectors.

Her previous role was based in health insurance, which meant she was in daily contact with hospitals, consultants, and doctors. In this role, she was trained to assist patients, and she learnt a lot of medical terminology, transferable skills that help with her current role here at Manchester Fertility. 

As a Patient Advisor at Manchester Fertility, Lucy supports patients through their treatment journey. She will guide you along your path to parenthood, making sure you understand your next steps and feel fully supported at every stage.
