Joanne joined Manchester Fertility in March 2021 as a part-time credit controller. Joanne has been a Credit Controller for many years; her role before coming to Manchester Fertility was managing a Credit Control Team for a local Communications company.

Joanne ensures that our patients' payment process is transparent and carried out efficiently.
