Q: I have just had my results back from a blood test and my Serum progesterone level was 56.2. I have read that a week after ovulation a women should be at about 20.

A: High progesterone level is good, so there is no need to worry about this. If progesterone is measured low (less than 20 pmol/L), it suggests no ovulation. So a level of 56.2 is really good.
