Ella has joined our Manchester Fertility team as a Customer Service Apprentice. She chose this line of work because she has family members who have been through IVF, and therefore has a personal connection to this industry and finds it important to be the first step toward helping create families.

Ella’s day-to-day role will be to guide patients through their journey, help with booking appointments and support our team.
