Eleanor is a Patient Services Assistant, bringing strong communication skills and a warm, approachable manner to her role. After graduating from university with a degree in English Literature, she began her first position in healthcare, following previous experience as a receptionist and part-time work in hospitality.

In her role, Eleanor responds to patient enquiries via email, telephone, our patient app, and face-to-face interactions. She also provides essential administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth running of patient services.
