Bradley Monerville

Andrology Practitioner

Bradley Monerville

Bradley is an Andrology Practitioner at Manchester Fertility, where he supports the laboratory and clinical teams in delivering high-quality fertility care.

He previously worked as a Cardiographer within the NHS and also completed a hospital placement within the gynaecology department at the same trust. During this time, he gained valuable exposure to several areas of reproductive health, including the fertility pre-consultation service and the gynaecological scanning department.

Bradley holds a BSc in Medical Genetics and an MSc in Molecular Genetics, with a research focus on reproductive biology and parasite fertility mechanisms. Throughout his studies, he developed extensive laboratory experience and strong scientific techniques. As part of his Master’s degree, he also worked as a research assistant investigating novel proteins involved in Plasmodium fertility, further strengthening his analytical and practical laboratory skills.

In his role at Manchester Fertility, Bradley performs semen analysis, supports sperm cryopreservation procedures, and contributes to donor management services.

Bradley was drawn to the field of fertility because of the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. While the scientific aspects of reproductive biology initially sparked his interest, his clinical placements highlighted the impact fertility services can have on individuals and families, and it soon became clear to him that he wanted to contribute to that.

Bradley says:

“Being part of a patient’s fertility journey is incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to combine scientific precision with the opportunity to support people through one of the most important stages of their lives. I feel privileged to be given this opportunity and I am committed to making the most of it.”
