Siobhan made me feel that I was her only patient and treated me as if I was the highest priority. She had such a ‘can do’ attitude and moved mountains to ensure I was happy and accommodated. Rebecca, who performed the ultrasound, was lovely, reassuring, professional and highly knowledgeable. Elaine, who took my bloods, handled me with care, knew the right thing to say and was generally interested in my journey and shone such a positive light and excitement on what was about to come.
