After completing a degree in History at the University of Manchester. Lily joined Manchester Fertility, since, she has developed a deep understanding of the patient journey, having first worked as a weekend receptionist before moving into our Accounts team as a Credit Controller. In her role, she helps ensure a smooth and supportive financial process for our patients.
