I came to the clinic after a bad experience with staff that lacked empathy and professionalism at another clinic; I could not have had a more opposite experience at Manchester Fertility. I found the staff kind, thoughtful, and considerate. They explained exactly how the procedure worked and answered my questions, as I was very anxious.
