Lucy and I met in 2012, and with our biological clock ticking and my low AMH level, what followed was years of trying for a family. Lucy’s super high egg count meant we decided to try with Lucy carrying. We fell pregnant first time and then along came a huge George weighing 10lb 3oz!
During the pregnancy, we decided it was now or never for me to try again and I finally developed 3 embryos, the first of these I fell pregnant with Eddie who was born 15 months after George. We used the same donor and they are incredibly close.
It’s been a difficult road but we have to say a huge thank you to Manchester Fertility for the inclusivity you showed us and the help and guidance you gave with no judgment.
