I just wanted to email to let you know that on 18th December we had baby Arthur, weighing 7lb 11oz. I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything that you and the team have done for us. You have given us the best gift we could ever receive and we won't forget it. In particular I wanted to thank Charlotte in the PA team personally as you really did look after us and made everything as smooth as it could be and put us at ease and sorted out any issues or questions we had quickly. It has been lovely to deal with someone who genuinely seems to care about what they do and the people that they are looking after. You are a credit to the clinic and yourself. Thank you so much x
