Patient Advisor

Hayley makes sure that our Patient Office runs smoothly, providing a first-class secretarial service to our consultants, nursing and embryology teams as well as working closely with the egg-sharing team.  Hayley joined us in 1995 as a medical secretary and has AMSPAR certification in Medical Secretarial Studies and distinction in AMSPAR Health Service Reception as well as NVQ 3 in Business Administration.   As a Patient Advisor Hayley is one of the first members of the MFS team you will meet at the Patient Information Open Evenings and is able to offer helpful advice and information about all the MFS services over the telephone.
