Conceiving naturally with low AMH

I'm 32 and had an AMH test done in January '12. My result came back at 0.07. Is there any chance at all of us conceiving naturally? Thanks

Your AMH result is in the very low category which indicates a reduced number of eggs in your ovaries.  However, this result does not predict your ability to conceive naturally especially as you are still young.
