PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All fees for consultations must be paid in advance. Unless a minimum of 24 hours notice has been given, all consultations are subject to a cancellation fee which is levied at the full rate for the consultation missed. MFS must be in receipt of cleared funds for all outstanding invoices prior to the commencement of monitoring and stimlation. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card (1.5% surcharge), cheque or cash.
