Gidon, the son of our founder Professor Brian Lieberman, is a Consultant Gynaecologist and specialises in reproductive medicine and surgery.  He joined Manchester Fertility Services in 2008 and undertakes weekly IVF sessions for our patients.  He is the person you will see once you've had your initial investigations, where he will plan treatment in consultation with you, based on your unique, individual requirements.

Gidon says "Infertility is often a very difficult journey.  I find personal reward in trying to support and help patients through it.  Here at MFS there have been loads of happy baby moments and it's always amazing every time we have success, especially when someone has had a tough time previously".

Gidon - who is accredited by the Royal College of Obstetricians - is also a Consultant Gynaecologist at the Whittington Hospital, where he acts as clinical lead for their Early Pregnancy Unit and is HFEA person responsible for the hosptial's fertility services.  Widely-published in the fields of gynaecology and reproductive medicine, Gidon is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Royal Free and University College Medical School.
