At the moment I am taking clomid to make me ovulate but also my partner has low sperm motility.

IVF with ICSI will give you the best chance if you have ovulatory problems and your partner has low motility. You chance of success will depend on your age and previous medical history. A Fertility MOT here at Manchester Fertility will give you more information on the best way to proceed.
