Could it be possible that a 42 year old could get pregnant? I haven’t had a period in 4 years.

You need to have some test to establish if you have a chance of getting pregnant. I would suggest you have a blood test on day 2-5 of your cycle for FSH, LH and oestradiol. From these results your Doctor will be able to advise you on your chance of conceiving.
