Can I get pregnant and what are my chances of getting pregnant?
I'm 42 and have had one ovary removed, me and my partner want to try IVF. We have his sperm frozen (due to a vasectomy), is there any chance I can get pregnant?

You have about a 10-15% chance of a live birth at the age of 42. I would advise you to have some tests to check your ovarian reserve such as AMH level or an ultrasound scan of your ovary. With this information your doctor should be able to give you a better idea of your chances to conceive.
