Hypogonadism is the insufficient function of the gonads like ovaries or testicles.

The cause can be for different reasons and the treatment is usually individual and complex.

Whatever fertility treatment you are contemplating you should have a generally healthy lifestyle including regular physical exercise, a well-balanced diet rich in fruit and vegetables whilst restricting in carbohydrates. I would also advise you to take fertility vitamin with Folic acid, Vitamin C and E, and for for men Zinc and Selenium. You should also consider having a low alcohol intake and if you smoke, giving up.

For more specific advice it would be nice to see you and discuss your hypogonadism in details.
