Realistic chance?

I am 35, have only one ovary, my AMH is 2.75, I will need donor sperm and I can only financially afford one attempt at IVF. Is this a realistic scenario to enter into treatment?

Please note that all the answers we give are on a generic basis only, as we cannot provide more in-depth answers without access to your medical history. You could consider treatment with your own eggs although the number collected is likely to be low. AMH does not reflect quality but is an indication of the number of eggs available in the ovary. I would recommend you see a fertility specialist who can go through treatments available to you.
