It’s great that you’re considering becoming an egg donor. However in the UK it’s illegal to pay a donor for their eggs. Currently, registered donors can claim up a maximum of £250 expenses payment only. This amount is currently being reviewed by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.
