Trying with PCOS

I have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years now and the only result I have had was a miscarriage. I am 26 and already have a three year old daughter which I conceived with no medication. I have now been taking clomid for 2 months. The first month the clomid made my period on time but this month it is late and no pregnancy. To top it off my husband has started travelling for two weeks every month for work. What treatment would you recommend? I have read a few of them and wondered whether IUI would be right for me?

If your husband is going to be away for a couple of weeks every month he may not be there at the time you are ovulating, so I would recommend natural cycle IUI as a way of helping you to conceive.  Your husband would need to attend a fertility clinic with facilities to store his sperm.  Then all you would need to do is test for ovulation using a predictor kit and the clinic could prepare your husbands sperm for insemination.
