Sperm morphology
My husband's sperm morphology has come back at 2%. Does this mean we are most likely to need IVF to get pregnant? We are both 30 and other aspects seem normal.

The WHO criteria suggests minimum 4% as normal rate of morphology. However with normal sperm concentration and motility, low morphology is very unlikely to affect fertility.
It is advised to book a more detailed test, sperm DNA fragmentation test. It can prove if low morphology suggests high level of DNA fragmentation. In this case IVF with or without ICSI treatment is advised.
Also, to take a male fertility multivitamin (such as Androferti or Wellman Conception) is a good practice.
