It was our 7th cycle and our second with you - four long years of treatment. Dr Polson gave us faith at our first consultation when we were at a low after having transferred our care from Leeds and they weren't giving us any answers other that it was my age (over 40) and pushing us for donor eggs. Dr P said you're going to do a fresh cycle as your previous results are encouraging , no mention of donor eggs. He was very supportive and gave us a whole new protocol and was brilliant when the first cycle failed staying positive. When we trudged out of his office disheartened after our first failed cycle review thinking "here we go again, another cycle and back on the hamster wheel". He sensed it and grabbed us both at the back of our necks and said "c'mon you've got this - it's going to work". Treatment, reception from everyone from the lovely ladies on reception to the nurses, doctors and all of our appointments and communication has been great from you. We really were treated individually and not as a number as we were beginning to feel at Leeds and you listened to us x
