We have nothing but praise for the entire team at Manchester Fertility. As older potential parents we were realistic about the success rates in over 40s from the start. We are delighted to be one of the many success stories. Everyone we met, from Rita at reception, Hayley our Patient Advisor, Samantha and her team in scanning to the Consultants and Embryology team and happily Lynsey, we were treated with professionalism, respect and kindness. The team were all very supportive and friendly and every interaction felt personal. They don’t over promise which is so important, while remaining cautiously positive. The support throughout the IVF cycle, both face-to-face, on the phone and by email is amazing. With each attempt our treatment was reviewed and tweaked. The treatment was explained and discussed fully. We never felt rushed and it was brilliant being able to watch the images on screen both at transfer and when we had our amazing heart beat scan at 7 weeks. I had a problem-free pregnancy and in December 2017 we were delighted to welcome our 3725g wonderful baby boy into our world.
