41 IVF, IUI, Clomid or natural

I'm 41 and have had 3 miscarriages in the last 2 years. My AMH is 10.4 and my day 3 FSH is <6
I've had some recurrent MC tests already but all came back normal apart from MTHFR gene which I'm now taking folate for rather than synthetic folic acid.
What fertility route should I explore or should I just keep trying naturally? Don't have much time left so I need to make the right decision. Thanks very much

I am sorry to hear of your pregnancy losses. It makes sense to continue to try on your own, as you are able to conceive. IVF does not result in a lower risk of miscarriage by itself, so I would only recommend it if you were having difficulty conceiving over a period of some 6-12 months. It is worth thinking about Pre-Implantation Genetic Screening (PGS) but this requires a careful discussion with the specialist because it is not without its problems.
