I am 44 with a low ovarian reserve. I've had a failed IVF cycle at the age of 34. We had a donor egg cycle which also failed. I have also tried various alternative therapies. Can you suggest anything else I could try as I have no intention in giving up?

At the age of 44 with a low ovarian reserve your best chance of success will be with egg donation. Although you have been unsuccessful it would be worth trying again but before the cycle you can have an endometrial scratch which helps regenerate the lining of the womb which may help the embryo to implant.
