Low ovarian reserve

Hi I have been through a failed cycle of IVF and cannot afford to pay for any more. My FSH is 8.1 and AMH is 7.2, I have been told I have a low ovarian reserve, I am desperately trying to do something about this and conceive naturally. I have heard about DHEA, could you tell me if I'm safe to take this or if there is anything else I could try in order to conceive naturally with a low ovarian reserve? I am 29 years old.

You could try DHEA as it is thought to improve the environment around the developing egg. From published studies patients with poor ovarian reserve, who were supplemented with DHEA for up to four months, became pregnant quicker and had higher pregnancy rates. Side effects such as acne, hair loss, and facial hair growth have been reported although these are rare.
