Referring Patients

If you have patients who need further infertility investigations or tests, but who are not eligible for NHS-funded tests or IVF treatment because of your Primary Care Trust’s criteria, you can refer your patients for private IVF treatment with Manchester Fertility Services.

We welcome over 850 new patients through our doors every year, some of which are referrals from GPs. You may have already conducted initial fertility investigations for your patient and they now need further tests, or you want to send them for an immediate referral due to their medical history.

Simply click here to download a referral letter/form for you to fill in and send to us directly. We will then contact your patient directly to progress initial fertility testing, diagnosis and necessary treatment with our expert team. Be assured that your patient will only receive the best infertility treatment for their needs, and will be supported every step of the way by our expert team of  counsellors, consultants and nursing staff.
