Patient Advisor & Quality Manager

Making sure Manchester Fertility Services maintains the necessary standards is the job of our Quality Manager Alison Kay.  Alison has worked with us for over 12 years and has a background in medical administration. 

Alison says: “All fertility clinics are required to have a Quality Management System in place in accordance with the HFEA standards.  It means we work to very high standards and you can be assured that you receive only the very best care from us.”

As well as undertaking a patient advisory role, Alison also helped establish our egg-sharing programme in 2010, and is the day-to-day co-ordinator for the programme, providing a point of contact and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
